Designed by Phillip Pfister (French national canoepolo team) and Neklan Unger (Swiss national canoepolo team) as a project of fast and manoeuvrable canoepolo boat.

After a long and successful C-1 career, Simon Hocevar in 2006 switched over to the C-2 category. After his first season, it was obvious that he will be a force to be reckoned with. As a co-designer of our very successful C-1 boats (Shubak, Ninja, Makao junior), it was only natural that he work on the new C-2 model based on the Makao. Simon Hocevar and the Galasport design team spent several months working and testing the new C-2 Vucko, and are positive that it will be the premier boat on the circuit. It is very fast, extremely manoeuverable, and allows for aggressive paddling.

The vision and development are endless. NINJA PRO was an excellent canoe in the first generation of shorter canoes, a compromise between the 4 mts length and the new rules. Today the MAKAO confirms the final arrival of the new wave of designs with a very fast and easy turning boat. The length of 355 cm enables tight turns through gates and tight lines between them. MAKAO is a canoe of equal speed and stability as the NINJA PRO is. The design optimises your ability to complete both perfect flat turns and turning over the tail. The MAKAO designed by Tony Estanguet /double olympic winner and world champion/, offers a great feeling to all canoeists it does not matter what performance level they are at.
