Wilderness Adventurers of Ontario is a not-for-profit, member run club for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy activities such as camping, sea kayaking, flatwater and whitewater canoeing, hiking, cycling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. The club’s focus is on organized overnight trips featuring various outdoor activities with occasional educational seminars, day trips and social events.

The WA welcomes members of all levels of camping experience. Members are from various cities in Southern Ontario, mostly from the Greater Toronto Area but also from Ottawa, Guelph, Hamilton, Newmarket, and others. A single membership is only $35 per year.
