Was just awesome out this morning. Got there @ 6am, solid 2.5hr+ in the water. Lots of bomb sets early on, quieted down a lot later. Corran is a beast surfer, the proners were blown away.

Fark,
I am literally and figuratively blown away.
I had it out in lumpy, bumpy overhead reefbreak last week... and it KILLED! Very localized spot and as I was taking a wave in (after breaking a fin on an exposed rock) a dude that I don't know well (proner) said, "Dude, you were killing it out there on that thing! How big is it?!?" Of course, I proceeded back to the house to get my Mach 1 and surfed for two more hours. If I were on the Great Lakes, I wouldn't surf anything else... I might have Corran relax the rocker a pinch for the Great Lakes, however.
Dying for my TimASStepupSUP... the shaping is taking a bit longer than usual... now I feel like Jon So Cal waiting for an Infinity! Pic's when it's done!

Kyle I've had all of six waves on it so far so I've got a long ways to go. I was able to sneak out for a half hour before sunset and after my kid's swim lessons after picking it up yesterday afternoon. If I want starting an extended stay at work I doubt I would've paddled out cuz it was so windy/bumpy. I'm very glad I did! In 15-20mph wind I only fell off a few times it was so stable. It was easy looser than I thought it would be which is great. I need to get my heel and toes on the tail more when I turn as it was a bit slidey if I turned it too flat. I think it's going to be an amazingly fun board I can't wait to get to know it better.
