The footpegs and seat adjust to fit pretty much any person. It is not incredibly fast, although it does well enough in that area. Performs very well in class II- and below rapids and on flat water. Convenient dry storage hatch for overnights. Not a kayak for any kind of serious whitewater, it simply lacks the turning ability. I got mine for about 500 on clearance and it has been well worth the money for a very versatile kayak in my area which has very few serious whitewater areas and many lakes and several calm rivers. Conclusion Good boat. If I had it to do over again, however, I would have probably gotten a boat closer to the 12 foot range just for the added speed and tracking.
