Floating the Mulberry in the Dagger Freefall
About the reviewer I've been kayaking for about 2 years now mostly class II and III stuff. Test environment I've floated The Mulberry river at everything from darn near dry to flood stage. Review The Freefall is a great boat, forgiving in the eddies and a wonder on big waves. In a rapid it's very stable and if it's a moderately straight rapid you barely even have to paddle to keep the boat where it needs to be. Very responsive to hip and foot pressure. Conclusion I like it, I'd suggest it to a beginner who's wanting something stable or someone more advanced who's looking for something that's quick and speedy. It's a solid creeker and will take you down waterfalls and whatever you come across with alacrity!
