This boat is ok but not the best I have paddled. It is very stable and easy to roll and plays ok for a long boat and me being a light paddler. I learned to roll in this boat and it took around 20 minutes of trying to get my first roll so it's good for begginers to learn in. I have paddled it on a small wave and it spins really well. When surfing in the sea it is very easy to catch waves and does not feel at all intimidated even when the nose goes under. Once on the wave it carves really well even though I've had not much experience in surfing. Overall I would say that this is a very good boat for begginers and intermediates to learn in and has enough performance to keep most people happy. It is quite small in the cockpit so isn't for large people but then Perception make bigger versions. The comfort was good when i bought it but...
