I live in Virginia, and I'm 14. I just started kayaking and I love it! Don't have a boat yet though, if anyone could give me any info on a Wavesport Y it would be helpful. Well, I've only paddled the boat twice on my local spot. Eggleston Falls. It's about a class II+, III when it's up. It's got one hole, and about a 3 foot drop. To start off, its got pretty good length, nice volume, not as centralized as a playboat. Surfs up a hole pretty well, you could probably creek in it. Not any steeps, but a class III+. Not too comfortable to sit in for a while, but the Syncro 6 outfitting is pretty good. Oh, and it has enough volume to stow away some gear. I think this is a good allrounder if you just want to run the river while playing it.
