Veteran K1 marathon paddler.
Pros / The Good
When comparing the elite level K1s, I found the Legacy to be the most comfortable. I have paddled Nelo Vanquish, Plastex, and Vajda Sonic. I had any balance problems with the Legacy, even in very choppy conditions. Because of the rear rocker, they turn well and the bow is designed to not pick up weed. Great boat.
Cons / The Bad
I had the 7.8 kg marathon carbon K1. It had suffered some delamination.
