About Me
Can't recommend liquid logic products. Their customer service is terrible. Provided us with misleading information and were then unresponsive. Nicely designed boats, but horrible customer service. Cost us hundreds of dollars and a lot of time without a boat. Extremely disappointed with them.
Pros / The Good
Good design, but horrible customer service.
Cons / The Bad
Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I was in retail for years and I would never consider treating customers with such little regard.
