At 210-220lbs the LUV is a really fun ride. A fun river runner, in up to class III for me as it's just a bit too tight a fit for me to trust it in harder water. As with anything, it depends on the boater and I paddle often with a fellow (a bit smaller/lighter than me) who paddles it on IV-V stuff and it's pretty much his everyday boat.

About Me
6'0". 195-215lbs on any given day, 220 at typical fattest. Size 10-10.5 feet.
Pros / The Good
Stern squirts almost effortlessly and is stable once you are up. Has pretty good speed and is a good surfer. The old school thigh braces are a bit claustropohobic - at least while getting in - but provide very good contact and control once in the boat.
Cons / The Bad
Can't think of any offhand. Outfitting is of its era, so the backband is probably the weakest link. Although I like (for the time) Prijon's use of the metal triangle and fastening between the cockpit rim and the top of the seat tower, the factory backband allowed no adjustment, really. Retrofitting an IR backband is better but has its own challenges.
