Calm and moderate rough water with some strong tidal and weak wind

Review

The Ouassou is a reliable boat with great stability and quick response, very confortable, also adequate for several hours of paddling without problem. However it lacks room for even a small bag. The back of the boat could have been better usable with straps or a luggage net for instance. It lacks also a little bit of speed when compared with the RTM Mambo probably because it hasn't a real keel for crossing waves. The flat bottom is good for other things like stability and quick vectorial change.

Conclusion

Very usable kayak in almost any situation, a true four wheeler of the water. I will test it in white water very soon.
