F.A.S.T. Tour ( Forward Athletic Stroke Technique) Our latest progression for going faster. This paddle is designed for racing and fitness paddling using the wing style 'forward stroke' technique where a wing might not be allowed or desired. This profile has a firmer, more powerful catch, a solid mid pull and then a quick release ... all with zero flutter or commotion to distract. Shoulders are narrowed for close-to-boat entry. More surface area than our regular Touring paddles but still works fine for everday use.
