Yeah, from the top it seems you're looking at a nice creek boat.

.. And from underneath, it looks like this thing wants to play... You got it: The Thunder 65 is all about versatility and fun! With a pointy bow to punch through anything, and a sleek deck, low enough to make rolling as easy as breathing and just the right amount of length and edge under to go where you want. The Thunder is perfect for beginners who are looking for a forgiving, high floating boat to keep them out of trouble or for the seasoned creek paddler who likes precise handling for carving in and out of eddies.

Review

This boat is simply great. I have used it for numerous applications and it has performed well for them all. It works suprisingly well for class 4 creek boating and it feels like it could probably paddle class 5 without any problems. This boat excells in big water situations. It punches holes unbelievably well. It can surf, but do not buy this boat if you want to do freestyle moves. You probably could figure that out from the dimensions of the boat. One of the downsides of this boat is the outfitting kinda sucks, it still is usable, but could use some more work. Also it wouldnt hurt the boat if it had a little more volume in the stern.

Conclusion

Good boat
