A fast and reliable kayak for tall canoeists who like to paddle easily with all their gear on specific touring rivers and lakes. The Maxi has an asymmetrical construction with a slight form of the bug. Therefore, it is easy to paddle. The best variation of the Maxi – the Maxi-Expedition: The integrated rudder improves the really good tracking and easy turning. You could enjoy your kayak tour.

About Me
Almost 60, 6'6" (1.98 'm), 265 lbs (120 kg) (athletic), shoesize 13, inseam 39" (98cm).
Almost 2 years of paddling experience, mainly in the Biesbosch in the Netherlands.
Pros / The Good
Large cockpit, comfortable seat, and just enough space for my long legs. Initial stability is good, secondary stability even beter. Tracks well with the rudder and is pretty fast, about 3 - 4 miles per hour. Just enough capacity for my size.
All in all a great kayak for the really big paddler among us, who also want something different then a Canadian.
Cons / The Bad
Deck height is just enough, could be an inch or two higher.
