The Sunshine is Imagine surfboards first foray into recreational kayaking, but it is by no means new to Imagine designer Corran Addison. An olympic kayaker himself, Corran has been designing and shaping kayaks for over two decades and has been credited with having almost single handedly re-invented the concepts of kayak design that have brought them to where they are today.

While the Sunshine is no waterfall running kayak, it is every bit as exciting to paddle. It’s stable and comfortable, yet very fast for its length. The large cockpit makes it easy to cary all kinds of gear, from fishing equipment to picnic hampers. The rear deck bungee allows you to clip odds and ends onto the deck for easy access on the fly, and the ergonomic handles make it comfortable to cary.
