Just call it Beauty and the Beast. Let us explain. This is one gorgeous boat. It cuts a beautiful path through the waves and water. That’s the Beauty part. Where does the Beast come in? Well, this is one hard-working sit on top. There’s a large stern recess to stow diving gear or fishing tackle. And we gave the Phoenix 116 a generous beam, so you’ll have easy access at the water’s edge or in the deep water. You don’t have to be half-acrobat to get back on the boat when you’re diving or snorkeling. Also, because of the numerous attachment points on the deck, you can really customize your seat arrangement. Oh, and at 36 pounds, this is a very svelte Beast.
