Hulls designed for paddling specifically in Class 2+ moving water.
The Viper by Clipper is nimble and floats high on all kinds of big water! Paddling skill required.
Without a doubt the most exciting new whitewater solo play boat design in years. Fast, maneuverable and an excellent surfer, the Viper has it all. The Viper series is not for everyone. Unless you are hitting the river 15-20 days a year minimum, you are probably not going to master the Viper. No reflection on your ability, just dedication. The Viper’s hard chines require practice to master. Once done, you open up a new world of solo playboating.
In Duraflex, you will out-surf and out-paddle your royalex-paddling friends. You will find the durability and weight similar. In Kevlar® duraflex your craft should be lighter and even more durable, but most of all, the duraflex hulls will paddle better!
Bow Height: 22"
Stern Height: 22"
Center Height: 15"
Std Features:
Aluminum gunnels and thwarts
Options:
Gunnel covers, black trim package, wood trim package, foam thigh pads, wilderness lash system, contoured yoke, expedition spray skirt.
