OR Day 0

Today was the open air demo at Little Dell reservoir, so I could only get shots for manufacturers that had a person at the booth to clear any photos. So, here are photos of the Riot Turbo, Riot Air 60, new outfitting and their new carbon paddle. Prijon has a new model out this year for the 150# and lower market called the Fever. And I have new shots of the Release and Creeker 225. Necky has a new boat called the Mission, which looks very interesting, but there wasn't anyone to get permission to photograph it. Expect more of the same tomorrow for Day 1.

RIOT:

Paddle • An extremely light full carbon paddle that comes in three pieces. The consumer glues the desired feather. This is one of the lightest paddles I've ever held.

Air 60 - The biggest version of the Air 45

Outfitting 1 - A stiff plastic backband strap similar to Liquid Logic. The seat now moves independent of the X beam, and the hip pads are very versatile, similar to Necky. They adjust forward, backward, up, down and widthwise.

Outfitting 3

Turbo 1 - This boat is designed to fall somewhere between the Booster and the Air. It has a very aggressive carving rail, pintail stern, negative angle release chines and a somewhat longer waterline. The sidewalls have Booster-like double gunwhales.

Turbo 4

PRIJON:

Fever 1 - a smaller boat for the 150# and under paddler. Long slicey ends and a centralized volume distribution.

Fever 2

Creeker 225 1 - This is a short waterline creekboat with a hull very similar to the Embudo. The main differences are a shallow keel in the bow and a series of grooves in the hull of the stern.

Creeker 225 2

Release 1 - This boat has been out for a while, but I haven't seen many angles of photos, so I took several.

Release 2

Release 3

NECKY:

Mission - no photos yet.

More tomorrow.
