The purposes and objectives of the High Country River Rafters are to promote the sport of river rafting, facilitate communication and understanding between it's members, facilitate river conservation,
promote safe utilization of rivers, and increase the communication between the private boating community, the commercial boating community, and governmental organizations concerned with river rafting.
