The JL Striker is a nice all around longboard I didn't find it to nose ride all that well (but that could be my style/ability Size or waves I ride)As far as the Fanatic Stylemaster is a HIGH-Performance longboard that you can nose ride. In other words, the rocker and fins let you get back and make hard shortboard like turns and then you can step forward and get on the nose.

Since someone else brought up the SUNOVA options I've ridden the Surf and the Style VERY DIFFERENT boards. The SURF is a user-friendly performance longboard. I prefer the Fanatic Style master. The STYLE is a true NOSE RIDDING MACHINE! it is very similar to the JL Black & Blue but lighter and a little livelier. If you want to maximize tip time the STYLE is my choice. I have the 10'6 style and would put it exactly where Jim K did in his response below.  I decided on it because I wanted a small wave noserider- but the black and blue was just TOO much of a noserider.  I still wanted to have some turn from the middle.  It also doesnt require as much trimming (IMHO) than the B&B.

(Note I havent ridden the B&B but went DEEP in my research chatting and watching videos prior to getting the style)
