Delta is the symbol for change. Three years after the original Blackfly whitewater canoe playboat revolutionized OC-1 freestyle, it was time for a change again. Shorter, lighter, higher volume, easier to edge, get vertical and get airborne, the Blackfly Delta takes open canoe play boating to the next level again. The Blacklfy Delta swept the podium at the 2013 ICF Freestyle World Championships.

We took an Octane 91 whitewater canoe, shortened and narrowed it, and came up with a sporty planing hull river running boat for smaller paddlers.

The Firestorm is Corran Addison’s latest creation for avid whitewater SUP paddlers. This board takes river running to a whole new level. There are several key innovations and improvements over the previous designs that make this board really stand out. Firstly, and most significantly, an almost 20% reduction in weight compared to other plastic boards out there. This is critical to both performance on the water, and the simple task of loading boards, or portaging rapids. You mighty ask "why plastic". There are several reasons of course, but the most significant is that plastic is paraffin based, making it slippery. This means when hitting rocks on rivers (there are rocks on rivers?) the board slides over them, rather than gripping and stopping as inflatable boards do, which throws you over the front. The ability to use rocks like kayaks for boofing, and general maneuvering, increases performance and control. So we want plastic. The problem was getting it lighter.

The Antix is our first ever playable creeking/river-running kayak. Designed as a river-runner first, the length, volume, and edges are optimized to squirt, be lightweight compared to creek boats, and extremely maneuverable. Paddlers will love this boat on their local runs, replacing the need for a creek boat for many and increasing the fun factor with its playable features.

The Airboard Stream comes in a timeless design - not fancy but with all attributes that define a serious and resistant river SUP. The double layer construction grants for high resistance to punctures or scratching on rocks and the US-Box fin system allows adjustment if needed in withe water or deeper rivers. A home grown blend of stability and responsiveness designed to make surfing possible on your local river wave Back in 2006 Zack set out to solve a problem. Mike was building waves that looked rideable to Zack, but all the boards he tried bogged down. Except for a few waves at really high flows, surf boards just did not plane out on river waves. River waves are not like ocean waves. Rivers waves are generally smaller and slower. Ocean waves have sharks under them too. So it is not a surprise that boards that surf in the ocean do not work well on standing waves in rivers. In the ensuing 5 years of design and testing Zack came up with a shape that we think is the ultimate tool for surfing standing waves in rivers.
