Every year on the first saturday in November some of the best kayakers in the world gather to race the Green River Narrows, Dropping 400 feet per mile making the rapids are tight, technical, and in your face. It takes a near perfect run to win. In 2013 Pat Keller claimed victory with a time of 4 minutes and 14 second, barley missing the course record of 4:10 set by the Kiwi, Mike Dawson in 2012. This is some raw Go-Pro from some of my first training runs of the 2014 green race season, every year the goal is to see how fast we can get from the top to the bottom so breaking down each and every move first then linking them all together in the race.
