I just wanted to let you know that our Kickstarter project is now live.

We're raising money for an exciting new project we're working on to manufacture a three piece paddleboard that we are patenting. Here is the link if you're interested, or you know anyone who might be interested in supporting this project:

www.kickstarter.com/projects/1747259538/take-appart-paddleboard

Thanks for all the support on doing this!

Corran, will there be any options in regards to fins for these boards or will every one use that trailing fin as shown in the pictures? Would be cool to be able to surf this board, even if its not intended as its primary use. Also, do you have an idea of the volume of the 6' board? Cool project, hope to see it come to production.

I've surfed the proto with the tail skeg and underside fins.... honestly the board being a BIG BASTARD doesn;t surf any better with regular fins. it can be surfed either way, so no we wont have other systems available for it.

here are photos of me surfing the Afterburner with the tail skeg.
